The best dessert on the menu looked like my favorite - molten carrot cake. It had cream cheese, walnut brittle, and a raisin compote. This was a great interpretation of my favorite cake with a warm molten center of fresh cream cheese. It made me feel happy and warm inside like a unicorn jumping over a rainbow.
