This is a little hard to see but Holeman and Finch really uses the whole pig. The waiter brought us the pig snout he planned on eating later. These guys use La Caja China and if our New Year's Pig comes out half as good, I will consider myself lucky. Sent via BlackBerry from T-Mobile
