Steak Tartare at Orsay - Jacksonville, FL

One of the measures of a good place is to have raw steak and not get sick.
This one has bigger chunks and you can see the quality of the meat. Very
good. Also, the fresh bread in the background with sea salt butter is
awesome. I was also happy with the strong dark beer from France on draft!
