We went to a small brewpub in the Delta terminal called Squatters. I was afraid being in Utah that the beer would be under 3 percent per state law but they actually had some good brews including an organic amber, a pilsner, and a funny porter (as shown). Lunch was also surprisingly good with Cheryl getting some ahi tacos and me getting a pita. If you are ever stuck in Salt Lake airport I highly recommend this joint.
