The size and weight of this monstrosity intimidated me but I had to taste
it since it was fresh and supposedly made differently than a standard
carrot cake. I was only able to eat a few bites which explains the
non-environmentally container.
Where normally a carrot cake is somewhat savory with the icing providing
the sweetness, this cake was more balanced with a praline and cream
cheese-like taste. It made me happy even if I could not complete it without
inducing a diabetic coma.
