Bistro Sofia Main Course

My entree was a grilled hanger steak with fries, haricot verts, and baby
carrots in a caberbet demi. Usually this type of meat is tough but it was
cooked and marinated in such a way that made it buttery and juicy.
Surprisingly good and the fresh green beans and carrots were great.
