Opus 39 - Course One

This salad had a lettuce called Lissa Rossa and was tossed with cherries,
candied walnuts, and a lemon vinaigrette. Also notice a nice Belgian beer
in the background. The alcohol is drowning out the noise of the morons who
just came in asking the server what prix fix was.
