This flaky fish sat upon tomatillos and potatoes but for the life of me I don't remember what the waiter said. He told us the name which at several iterations sounded like Calicojack, Africotupac, and/or Lojack. Either way it was very good and even though the courses were not full size we lost count if this was the main. A 5 course tends to turn into a 6 or 7 with amuses, bemuses, and tremuses.
