This was probably the most unusual course. The fresh ravioli were filled with a marscapone snow pea puree that melted in your mouth. The sauce that had a taste like chicken-a-la-king was a nice contrast. The picture with the lack of light and white plate make this look like a pale child in a snowstorm but believe me it was good.
